1. Acceptance

By creating an account or placing an order on darksparkstore.in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Do not share your password. We never ask for your social-media password — only the public link / username of the target.

3. Services

We resell digital growth services (followers, likes, views, watch-hours) and OTT / AI subscription access. Service speed and start times are estimates and may vary based on third-party network conditions.

4. Payments

All payments are made via UPI in INR. Once funds are credited to your wallet they may be used for any service or refunded per the Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for illegal activity, harassment, hate, or to target accounts you do not control or have permission to grow.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any action taken by social platforms (e.g. Instagram, YouTube) against your account, including suspension or restriction.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
